2022 BBBCA Member Survey Results
In October 2022, the Bradley Beach Business & Community Alliance conducted a membership survey to assess member opinion and provide inputs to our 2023 Plan.
A total of 44 responses were received , 28% of active members (which meets the 25-33% participation benchmark for online surveys).
We are very pleased with the results and our 2023 Plan will reflect these inputs and support our actions and hopefully, growth!
Residents responded with a 30% participation. 95% were satisfied or very satisfied with the Alliance, with 65% very satisfied. 95% of residents said they were likely to renew.
Business and non profit members responded with 26% participation. 95% were satisfied or very satisfied, with 75% very satisfied. 95% of business and non profits also said they were likely to renew.
